Kole Management Adds Two
(SAVANNAH, GA) Kole Management Co. (KMC), a Savannah-based real estate investment and management firm, has added two key executives.
Hannah Moore, Kole Management Co.
Hannah Moore, who has worked at Colliers International in Atlanta, is KMC’s new director of talent management. Moore also has worked as a paralegal and executive assistant and received a bachelor of science degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Ga.
Katie Davis, Kole Management Co.
Katie Davis, the company’s new director of marketing, previously worked as a sales executive with RentPath in Savannah and has 10 years experience in marketing. Davis holds a bachelor of science degree from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa.
KMC owns and operates 14 apartment communities with more than 2,500 units in Savannah, Charlotte, Augusta, Macon and Canton, GA. Most recently, Kole Management announced it was selected to manage Park + Broad, a new 70-unit upscale downtown Savannah boutique apartment property that’s currently in lease-up.
